Health Care Access Coordinators
Health Care Access Coordinators (HCACs) act as advocates for families in gaining access to comprehensive health care coverage for their children. HCACs provide care coordination services to families to ensure they understand how to navigate through the health care system. This includes in-depth case management to ensure that families utilize and retain their child's coverage. The overall approach is to educate & encourage families on the model of health care prevention and awareness in an effort to improve the overall health of children in Orange County.
